OVERCOMING PICKY EATING
Tired of mealtimes constantly feeling like a struggle with your little eater? Worried they're not getting all the nutrients they need to grow? You are definitely not alone!
Our Overcoming Picky Eating course was created to help all parents help their kids grow into confident, intuitive eaters and build healthy foundations that will stay with them for life.
ENROLL NOW!Maybe this sounds familiar...
- You serve your child a delicious dinner, only to have half of it end up on the floor. (At least the dog seemed to like it?)
- You feel like a short order cook who only knows three recipes: pasta, chicken nuggets, and cereal.
- The very appearance of vegetables elicits a massive tantrum.
- Their tastes seem to change by the hour - one minute they devour that yogurt, the next minute it's "gross".
- You try to encourage them to try new foods, but it always ends with them eating four rolls and zero peas.
- You constantly stress about whether or not they're getting adequate nutrition.
- Your parent guilt is strong and seems to get stronger by the day.

Meet Leah
Hi! My name is Leah Hackney, I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist both in the US and Canada with a virtual private practice.
I previously worked at a Children’s Hospital in the US prior to moving to Canada where I started my private practice. After working with hundreds of families who navigated serious medical illnesses and nutrition complications I realized how necessary it was to help families with their child’s nutrition before problems worsened.
Many parents who are struggling with selective eating are concerned about their child’s nutrition and growth. My framework transforms selective eaters to adventurous eaters, so parents can relax knowing they are on the right track with their child’s nutrition.
My goal is for parents to help their kids preserve their intuitive eating skills, and support them in having a positive relationship with food for life.
I look forward to helping you with your child's nutrition!
-Leah
